The dossiers are single-page documents, containing the corner identification, location sketch, and surveyor’s affidavit. The dossier sheets for these five counties follow the model developed by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC), which serves as the official county surveyor for Kenosha, Milwaukee, Walworth, and Waukesha Counties. Racine County utilizes the services of an appointed surveyor for county surveying activities.
